After the Christmas gatherings and Amber’s birth we did the rounds of Laura’s and Olivia’s (above) before heading off for an “out of town” week.
While at Olivia’s we were treated to some very low level flying by the Fire Ant Survey Unit checking the whole of Oxley Common – fitted in fairly well with Olivia discovering a Fire Ant nest in her front yard!
Our planned week out of town, after 1 night at Kilcoy, turned into a week back at Laura’s to help while they were all (progressively) sick! Then our turn to catch “it” at the end of the week!
While resting up between journeys we did some maintenance and improvements to the van; first the plumbing underneath:
