On the second day of our stay our hosts took us to the Narrawallee Reserve area, a National Park reserve along the shoreline between Lake Conjola and Narrawallee Creek. We walked through to the Southern part of Conjola Beach and then across Buckley’s Point onto Buckley’s Beach. This leads to Narrawallee Creek and estuary and then via the walking trail back to the car park through the very burned-out forest but with remarkable regrowth at ground level at least.
