A smaller town with no full caravan park Donnybrook has a 72 hour “Transit Centre” where State regulations limit the stay. However, it does have Caravan park facilities of toilets, showers, laundry and basic camp kitchen with 10 powered sites and another half dozen unpowered spaces. Located at the cricket oval it’s easy walking distance to the town and parks.

Donnybrook is a lovely little town with a great IGA and a choice of cafes; a new “Railway Square” was built only 3 years ago encompassing the old railway buildings and a large play area “The Apple Fun Park” with 125 play activities; so named because Donnybrokk is the centre of orcharding in WA, especially the Granny Smith Apple. The Preston River flows through Donnybrook and there is a walking trail along both sides for a loop of around 2.5km.
