Next destination was Cobar who have a Parkrun for Frances, held every Saturday morning as usual; this time we stayed at the Old Reservoir, a great camping area provided by the Council with nothing but rubbish bins and lots of space!
Parkrun in rather cool and damp conditions (it had rained most of the night so only a few hardy runners this morning
There are multiple tracks around this general area and we took a circular walk past a local Point of interest “Devil Rock”, said to be a “Place of Evil” by the local Aboriginal people.
Lots of birdlife around the reservoir as well.
