An unexpected “bonus” of our Sunday walk was to come across the local Christmas parade; as we walked to the jetty they were forming up for a 4pm start so we strolled back towards the turning point and stayed to watch.
A good selection of Historic vehicles, the Emergency Services and local organisations all represented and a big crowd watching the length of the route of around 1km and return.
