A few kms from the campground, and close to the Highway turnoff, is the Heathlands Walk to Lake Preston.

Preston Beach sits at the Northern end of the Lake and offers a small Roadhouse / Store where we bought a Fish and Chips Lunch after our walk and drove to the beach.
