Immediately behind the Caravan Park here is the Leschenault inlet, also referred to as the Preston River and a walking trail extends around it to a total of around 5km some of which skirt the water, other parts follow the surrounding streets.
We took it in a clockwise direction which leads along Koombana Drive past the rear of the Inner Harbour and brings you around past the edge of the City Centre and the waterfront recreation area.
