The local Parkrun here is a 2 lap circuit on the Foreshore, North of the marina
This Parkrun, unlike any other we have been to, doesn’t have volunteers to run each event but a dedicated team who do it every week so Keith’s usual job as Photographer was not required giving the opportunity just to take a few shots of Frances in her efforts:
