After our many walks around Foxes Lair the last couple of weeks saw some new flowers appearing as the majority died and the discovery of a Black Kite’s Nest. Here the male is guarding from a neighbouring tree while the Female sits on the eggs. On our first visit she was barely visible but later had moved to a higher spot on the nest – maybe the egg(s) has hatched?
