Philosopher Falls is only around 10km from the town of Waratah and is part of the first stage of the Arthur River which flows through to the West Coast and the small community of the same name. A walk of about 3km return takes you all the way to the viewing platform overlooking the main drop. The YouTube presentation is a slide show and does have some vertical images; it shows many aspects of the typical Tasmanian rainforest with dense growth, ferns, mosses, lichens and fungi; click for full screen for best viewing. Pause as needed to read the full text if interested.
