On our first full day here we took the short (30km) drive around the Range and on the way back walked the 1.5km Walitj Meil Walking Trail at the base of Castle Rock.
The walk has many information boards with reference to the local flora and fauna and the indigenous history; the White Breasted Robin seen here we did see on more than one occasion. This is an easy walk classed as grade 3.
