As we were going to pass through Longreach en route to Darwin we booked an Air Park Tour and spent most of the morning and half the afternoon at the museum including a very acceptable and good value lunch.
The photos explain themselves, inside the main (new) Museum building, then the Air Park – 747, Constellation and 707, then inside the old hangar. The DC3 here was the only one we could not go inside
