Leaving Abercrombie after one night we stopped over at Sunny Corner Rec. Reserve which is in the general area of the Sunny Corner State Forest and not far from the Wallerawang Dam and Power Station. This was once a Forestry Village but it is a long time since cricket or tennis was played on this oval.
No facilities here except, strangely, a children’s playground, but very quiet and peaceful with some shade around the edge.
