Moving Southwards we picked out four rocks for most of our final week of Wildflowers and the first is Bunjil Rocks, a 115km drive from Canna and only 1km off the main road. There is limited space for overnight camping here but we had only one other vehicle just out of sight of our spot.

There are two larger rocks here and three smaller ones which are not reachable with the current growth of grass and vegetation. Despite being very shallow they still afford a view across the surrounding farmland:

We took a stroll around these two and the surrounds and a few hundred metres up the road; a surprise here was to find three budgerigars, normally only seen in large flocks.
