To finish our stay in the Pilliga we spent 2 nights at “Camp Cypress”, a community run caravan park facility adjacent to the showgrounds site. This has modern amenities blocks and four near new cabins with good flat grass area for vans etc. We had one van there at first then another 3 or so for the second day. More birds around here with Rosellas, Cockatoos and others like the inevitable Miners and Magpies.
