The small town of St Marys, 35km from St Helens and at the top of the ranges, holds this show every year on the Sunday of the June long weekend. This year the weather was kind and much better than the forecast, in fact it was a better day up here than in St Helens as we drove through. Apparently the number of entries was a little down on last year but the crowd turnout was good and there was a good selection of classic and modern vehicles, and a small selection of bikes for all tastes. Pictured at right are two wonderful examples of engineering, each of these is 5/8ths original size and the Land Rover has a 400cc engine with all components handmade. Below is a small selection of other exhibits.
