Situated on the very tip of Ravensbourne National Park the Gus Beutel lookout gives sweeping views over the Lockyer Valley and on a clear day to the East as far as Mt Cootha rising above Brisbane. Adjacent to the Lookout is a short (800m) loop walk through forests of Sydney Blue Gum.
To the Opposite side of the lookout a view can be had across the surrounding Mango orchards towards Crows Nest National Park in the distance.
