We stayed here on the way back to Brisbane last year so there is not much else to say. For those who don’t know the place, Albert is between Trangie and Tullamore and the Hotel offers powered site camping for up to 8 sites and free camping at the back of the area, basically on old Railway/Silo land. There is a public toilet and hot shower available as well as water for refilling if needed.
We have tested our new Sunland van for water use and reached the morning of day 6 today (Sunday, 3rd) including a shower, on a single tankful of 190 litres which is what we expected compared to our old van which only carried about 110 litres.
