A further 65km North from Salmon Gums gets us to Bromus Dam, a large free camp area provided by the Shire of Dundas at another of the historic old dam sites that are scattered across the goldfields and outer wheatbelt regions. A rectangular dam this one is fed, as usual, from a large area of slightly elevated rocks.
