While not actually in the Pine Rivers district the Boondall Wetlands are an easy drive from the Showgrounds down the M1 to the Entertainment Centre exit, a left turn into the car park and you have a choice of two walks. We took the Southern one for about half it’s distance doing around 6km in total, the photo gallery says it all as we stroll through.
