Sheffield has become widely known for it’s Murals which decorate may of the town commercial premises and old buildings. These depict many aspects of life in the district, historical and pastoral as well as some just for fun. This is just a small selection of what you find as you stroll around town.

As well as the street murals there is a special display in the park adjacent to the information Centre; these are all painted on removable panels in sections by artists from all over the world and are auctioned each year to fund the ongoing project.
